It was a wonderful experience, all the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean, really beautiful interior design, staff cleans room twice a day and leaves small goodies every day for us to use.. this hotel is one of the best place I’ve ever stayed.. they are top notch, they always follow up if we need anything, like example we were trying to get a morning class for ski, Caroline offered to check in the morning to see if they can get us in hoping someone would cancel.. and she did follow through and called me to me know that morning class was full bur can get us in the afternoon class..I was impressed with them.. to name a few, Charlene, Taylor and the rest of the staff thank you so much for making our honeymoon a one in a lifetime experience!!! We will definitely come back!

Wow! We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It was in a great location. The restaurant, Black Iron was beautiful and delicious. The Timber Room was a great place to relax and have drinks and apps. The service was impeccable. All staff went above and beyond to make your stay nice. Most remembered your name!

Very nice hotel and room. Good location. The hotel needs to get a real first aid kit. You would think being next to mountain biking and skiing they would be better equipped. I fell mountain biking and was given 3 alcohol pads and 2 bandaids that were obviously not going to work. Also the valet misplaced my keys. They called me at 10pm to ask me if I had my keys… it was nice of them to comp the valet due to inconvenience, but … first time this has ever happened to me.
