"Excellent"

The hotel was quiet and convenient to the lift which takes you to town. I did not like the parking situation, however. If you valet, it's $50/day. If you don't valet, you need to purchase a parking sticker each day for $35 and put it on your dashboard or you will get a ticket. For pete's sake, if I'm staying for 5 days, the hotel should just provide a sticker or something valid for 5 days.

The service at the Madeline was above and beyond. The best I have had at any hotel I have stayed. This was our second visit and they went out of their way to welcome us back with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine in our room. Housekeeping was amazing and on top of it every day. Very responsive to all our requests. Available drinking water in room, in lobby, portable water to take with skiing. Small backpack to use while there to carry water when Skiing. Lobby was awesome to hang-out to eat small meals and play pool. Love this hotel and location in Telluride. Can't wait to come back for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay and high level of service.

Service provided by every member of the hotel staff (front desk, bellmen, concierge and housekeeping) was top notch. The ski valet was incredibly convenient and provided excellent customer service as well. The property was beautiful and the surroundings are stunning. The gondola from Mountain Village down to Telluride is easy, free and an amazing view. I highly recommend treating yourself to this superb lodging experience.

"The Best in Telluride"

Just SUCH a relaxing time, great location. We have been to Telluride 5-6 times and always prefer Madeline. Food is awesome, housekeeping is excellent. Obviously an impeccably run hotel.

My son and I stay here every year. It is expensive but soo worth it. You cannot beat it. Everything is near you and their amenities are top notch.

Absolutely beautiful property that we fully enjoyed. Some things can be improved, like firness center, more space for sauna and steam room, amenities in the bathroom's showers
