The hotel is definitely 5 stars!!!!! The service, the room and the location are all fabulous! We’ll stay there again!!!!

We loved how friendly the staff was. They kept doing extra things for us like giving my kids stuffed animals when we checked in and a bottle of water when we checked out. We found the dining options in the village were fairly expensive for a family and it was much cheaper to take the gondolas to Telluride and eat there.

Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights. One night the bar tender was severely intoxicated at work and almost fell over multiple times. He then offered us complimentary drinks and proceeded to aggressively ask us for cash to put in the register about 30 minutes later, he could barely talk and he never put any money in the register. When we told the resort management, all we were told is "we will file a police report". Simply embarrassing.

The service is simply incredible... Best in class.

Service is impeccable. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. (Especially the deep bath tub.) Restaurant on-site is delicious and classy atmosphere!
