"Underbart med vänlig personal"

Superfint hotell med underbar park. Väldigt vänlig o hjälpsam personal. Frukosten fantastisk med strålande utsikt mot bergen i Lugano sjön. Nära till både Como, Belaggio, Lugano och Milano. Blev dock rånad i Milano så se upp!

"Kurzaufenthalt mit Wellness, Erholung und Golf"

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Ressort. Ein Hotel mit sehr atraktiver Infrastruktur, z.B. eine wunderbare SPA-Anlage, oder Orte im Ressort zum Entspannen wo man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Kleinere und grössere Spaziergänge können direkt vom Resort starten. Kann das Resort uneingeschränkt weiteremphlen und würde dieses wieder wählen wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sein werden. Die Appartement sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, genügend gross um sich wohl zu fühlen

"Great lakeside views, facilities cost extra!"

The hotel was a long way from Lugano, but it was in a beautiful lakeside spot. Really friendly staff. Our only issue was because we booked a 'room only' to use any of the facilities would cost 50 Euros per day per person. Which for an overnight stay was too expensive. This wa snot made clear at the time of booking.

"not quite as expected."

The hotel was very smart, the staff very friendly and helpful. However we were disappointed to find out on arrival that all facilities were extra to our 'room only' booking (the facilities were charged at 50 euros per person per day) our daughter was disappointed not to be able to use the pools as we were only staying enroute and thought this too expensive. its also a long way out of town and theres not much around the vicinity.

"Déçu"

Nous sommes déçus par ce séjour. Le prix ne correspond pas aux prestations et à la qualité du logement un peu vieillissant. D'autant qu'il y a beaucoup de suppléments, 60€ par jour pour utiliser la kitchinette de la chambre me semble exagéré, 50€ par jour pour utiliser la piscine intérieure, sachant qu'en Avril, il vaut mieux oublier celles qui sont à l'exterieurs..... Donc comme l'a déjà mentionné quelqu'un d'autre, attention aux photos, ne pas confondre l'hotel san marco et la résidence di lugano, vous n'aurez pas le droit au même service (à moins de rajouter des suppléments).
