Mooi hotel alleen jammer dat er zoveel kosten apart bijkomen zoals parkeren auto, ontbijt en gebruik zwembad Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is het geen aanrader omdat het complex tegen een berg ligt en er heel veel trappen moeten worden gebruikt.

First of all its not often that hotel staff seem genuinely hospitable and child friendly. THis was was amazing for the entire family. Here are so many things for everyone to do. The hotel caters to a family fun experience. The restaurants and activities have something for someone of all ages and its a nice place. Oftentimes kids-centric places tend to wear but this place is well kept and pristine. My children are dying to go back. THey had an awesome time in the pool, and on their personalized Lugano boat tour (thank you Luca), at the hotel beach, feeding the donkeys, finding treasure on their scavenger hunt, and exploring the region. What a relaxing time for all. Loved it! And the food was great too!!

Espectacular!!! Solo un comentario: La dirección y la descripción corresponden perfectamente al sitio, pero este tiene otro nombre a la entrada lo que genera confusión (Parco San Marco Lifestyle Beach Resort)

Encontramos dificuldades para acesso ao quarto por conta do excesso de escadas e ausência de carregadores no hotel. A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa e nos surpreendeu com cartão e bolo de aniversario para um dos membros da família.

Waren nur für eine Nacht da auf dem Weg nach Südfrankreich. Man muss sich den Weg nach Italien am luganer See durchkämpfen (30min) und wird dann mit einem wunderschön gelegenen Hotel mit Blick auf den See belohnt. Tolles Frühstücksbüffet das keine Wünsche offen lässt und sehr freundlicher Service

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Booked a basic room, had a nice view of the lake. Our place had a small kitchen,which worked out well for us. Breakfast is an extra 20 Euros. In the evening we explored Porlezza's restaurants. Swimming pool and beach are free. Sauna and other spa options are available for a fee. Did some hiking nearby.

La prenotazione era a nome Residenza Lago di Lugano e non San Marco quindi inizialmente eravamo confusi sulla destinazione ma la vista sul lago ci ha rincuorato decisamente. La struttura comunque residence è consigliabile per tutti poichè offre molteplici e gradevoli servizi.

La résidence "appartements" fait partie du complexe SPA 5*. L'emplacement est superbe, avec vue sur le lac de Lugano qui se trouve à 30m de l'hôtel. Pour l'accès par la route, privilégier l'arrivée par Lugano si vous n'appréciez pas les petites routes de côte.

excellent accueil. Un cadre magnifique. Un petit déjeuner extra, un spa très relaxant en fin de journée. Bref un hôtel hors norme, a conseiller!
