The hotel cannot accept check-ins any later than 22:00. Please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. Parking is on street and parking vouchers are available from reception. A credit/debit card or cash must be presented at check-in (does not need to be the same card used to make the reservation). Please note we cannot take payment from a card prior to arrival without the card being present. In this event we can send an online invoice with a link to an online payment gateway so the reservation can be paid prior to arrival. Once booked, please contact the hotel for details. Please note groups of over 6 people cannot be accommodated. Our free onsite car park is ample to accommodate most of our guests however we are unable to guarantee a space.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. "Clean and functional hotel in a nice location next to the Botanic Gardens but needs heating in bathroom"

The location was good for me as I was attending a conference nearby

There was no heating in the bathroom which made it very chilly. I imagine this could be a much bigger issue in the winter. The heating in the room was tricky too. The radiator was hard to put on, took quite a long time to warm up and then seemed to be an “all or nothing” affair. The room was small At over £100 per night for room only I thought this was rather expensive.
