Good location for our gig at the Oran Mor, room was small but all we needed for the night, the man on reception was friendly and helpful

The car park is up a narrow badly cobbled lane, it took a while to find it, not much space but it was free

Perfect location for our needs and saved an early morning trip from other side of Edinburgh. Parking was easily accessible, and free, close proximity to eating out. Staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely go back.

Very narrow uneven lane to car park which be difficult for some vehicles but nothing can be done.

1) great location.

1) The sink basin in the bathroom was far too small. Could not bring head forward to wash face because mirror was in the way. So when washing face all water was falling on floor. 2) the bathroom door was on a heavy auto close hinge, which always closed before I was fully inside. 3) the ironing board and iron provided was very bad. The iron left a big mark on my white shirt. The board was very bad quality and there was no lining. 4) tv was far too small 5) the carpet was very dirty. There were no slippers to wear so my socks got very dirty. 6) breakfast service was better on 2nd day. I would have liked more volume of what I ordered instead of having to ask for it. For example 2 poached eggs instead of 1, when I ordered “a couple”. 7) the hot water for the tea was tepid and not boiling. So the tea was not drinkable.
