Great Resort. Excellent staff. Very Luxurious rooms with plunge pool. Has EV Charger. Huge resort. Great to walk around. On the Beach. Great restaurant and restaurant staff. Good Food.

The plunge pool was not clean and the area around the private alfresco was not clean

This was our second stay at Tolani Resort, and we were highly impressed by all the staff, especially Khun Boy and the lady leader at the Front Desk. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Found a perfect pet-friendly getaway at Tolani Resort Kui Buri! 🐾 The location is top-notch with a private beach just steps away. I love how green and peaceful it is here—total relaxation for both us and our furry friend. We stayed in Deluxe Oceanfront Pool View Room No. 3, which has a huge private pool and an amazing ocean view. But the highlight has to be the staff; they are so incredibly thoughtful! They even remembered all our family members' names, including our dog’s. Such a heartwarming experience! ❤️ See you in the end of this year!!!

This was excellent!! No place is better than this fabulous place. My friends love this place so much, they said this is the best hotel ever. Thank you Khun Boy for taking care of all of us. With a warm welcome, the staff were very nice and professional in the service.

Staying here during my vacation with friends was excellent. The view, food, service and staff were great. Everything went well and smooth. Surly visit again in the very near future.

We stayed at Tolani Kui Buri over Labor Day weekend, and while the views and rooms are great (and pet amenities are excellent), the service was completely unacceptable for a resort at this level. The hotel constantly ran out of food. On our first night, the restaurant closed at 7:30 PM—ridiculous for a fully booked resort. We were told to use room service, which then closes at 10 PM. On the second night, we arrived at 6:30 PM and were told 3 out of 4 main dishes were already sold out. How does a full-house hotel fail basic F&B planning this badly? To make things worse, there was no manager on-site. When they contacted the F&B manager at home, the “solution” was offering us a free massage—completely irrelevant and frankly insulting. This place takes great care of pets, but not its guests. Poor planning, weak service, and zero ownership from management. Definitely not worth the price.

This resort is a great place for relaxation and a perfect hideaway from the busyness of daily life. It is located away from the busy city, surrounded by a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful sea views, and a relaxing beach environment. The room size is comfortable and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The room was also very clean and well maintained throughout the stay. Although the resort is pet-friendly, the overall cleanliness was impressive. There were some insects around, which is understandable in a natural environment, but I did not find any fleas or ticks. What impressed me the most was the service from the staff. All staff members were very attentive, supportive, and caring. They always offered help with sincerity and took care of customers with empathy. Overall, this is a wonderful place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a peaceful stay with excellent service.

The hotel is decorated in a very unique style. They upgraded us to a room with a pool, although we didn't go in it. The hotel's main pool is huge and more pleasant. They allowed us a late check-out. An employee named Byron served us at every breakfast, he made sure we felt comfortable in every respect. He even made sure our pillows in the bedroom were changed. A kind and wonderful man.
