Wasn't allowed to check in nor was 1 word said prior to checkin about the mandatory deposit, my reservation was then canceled leaving me in a parkinglot w nowhere to sleep at midnight after working a 14 hour day an no money to go elsewhere my travel companion then had to fork over almost 400 for another room and we didnt get to sleep only for 2 hours only to then havto go work another 14 hour day in the cold nothing about this place should be endorsed by booking.com its a shady biz that makes illegal moves!

The location was ok

The kicked in bathroom door the dirty towel the broken sink. The weird broken night lamp who was not matching the other night lamp or room see pictures. The stained couch . But above all the unfriendly front desk worker. Took multiple copies of my passport verified multiples times my name, well ok then Astrid. Like a police officer. Followed by a “I need a 100 dollar deposit now!”She hangs in the lobby on the couch watching tv and having private phone calls,it has the feeling you’re bothering her at home and she is doing you a favour by checking you in.It took very long to get my deposit cleared from my creditcard 10 plus days not very handy if you’re travelling. I would recommend to search on the word deposit in the references and you will find more stories about this lady if you’re considering booking.

Impromptu stay, wanted to get a jump on a trip to Maine by leaving a night early. Check In was easy, location was great. Room was clean and having a balcony was convenient.
