Hampton Falls Inn

The room was nice and it was in a great location.

Love the location.

Said there was a hot tub. But there was not one. Definitely needs up keep.

The room did smell of cigarettes, we opened the balcony door ( a bottle of beer was out there) and left it open whole we went out to dinner. Came back and the room smelled much better....but really, why didnt house cleaning think of this ??!! Bathroom was mostly clean. The tub could've been cleaner...and the shower head was way too low, if you were taller than 5'3 , you have to duck to get wet ! Bed was clean and comfy, TV worked. All in all, it was a good stay and worth the price.

The motel was clean and staff was friendly. We had been there before and not much changed. The location is good because it's out of the center of the congestion but close enough to everything. However...we chose this motel because of the pool and especially the hot tub but the hot tub was boarded up and not available to use and wouldn't be worked on or available for us to use our entire stay. We were very disappointed.

Good location. Room was clean. Nice to have a balcony. Staff was cordial.

The price point was well above the quality. Muffins and coffee was the extent of breakfast. Decor is outdated. I sat in the lobby on the morning of my check-out and a haggard-looking guy wandered in off the street, fumbled over to the coffee station and was aggressive and foul-mouthed toward the receptionist, who said he came in regularly. I was glad I hadn't witnessed that on arrival, as I would have felt unsafe (I was traveling solo). I already felt uneasy, as my door didn't feel very secure and the lock seemed flimsy. I would not stay there again.
