Our room was on the second floor. The steps were terrible. At 82 we cant do them like we use to. Asked for a room on the 1st floor but they didn't have one. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was very close to stores.

Clean and comfortable with friendly service. It also had a pool, but we had left before it opened.

There's nowhere to go for a walk or run from the hotel. You have to drive to a park!

We didn’t end up staying over so there was nothing to “like”

We found a bedbug within our first hour. I bagged it after recording it crawling around in the bed and brought it out to the front desk. The grouchy front desk clerk accused me of bringing it into the facility. As a family, we decided to go to our dinner reservation after our 3.5 hour drive. The same front desk clerk called my cell phone at 5:30pm and told me if we didn’t plan to stay at the hotel, we needed to be out by 6pm so they could “sell the room to someone else.” Disgusting. Now they are not answering emails and calls from booking.com to give me my refund.

Cleaner and attractive rooms and lobby. Staff was very kind and attentive. Our TV setting changed for some reason. 130am a young man came to fix it. Immediately. On site help 24hrs
