Loved it! Beautiful views so close to the beach

I loved the location. Right across the street from the ocean. You have a great view of Nubble light house from sitting on your ocean front balcony. I wish instead of railings they had plexiglass so you could really view the ocean. Also their porch lights stay on all night so if you want to leave your slider open to hear the ocean the light is shining in.

Wonderful room with fabulous view & access to Long Sands beach. Loved everything but the bed mattress was very stiff.

The view from the 3rd floor balcony is beautiful ! The sound of the surf and the sunrise was amazing. The bed was comfortable. I feel it was over priced for the minimal amenities but comparable to other places on the same strip. The fridge wasn’t cleaned out so we found food from the previous occupant. Yuck. We asked for a late check out - not possible.

I've been coming to York Beach pretty much all my life, both in season and out of season. This was my first time staying here at the Sunrise Motel and I can say everything was fantastic. From the communication to the room, everything was just great. The room was exactly how it was described, it was very clean and had a little kitchenette. Can not say enough good things about this place. Will DEFINITELY come back!!

We loved the Sunrise. It was clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was stunning! We will definitely stay here again.

Phyllis is a wealth of information... Enjoyed our stay... Oceanview room... Sat on the balcony upon returning each day from places we visited in both Maine and New Hampshire... Close to the border... Will definity return
