Greeted by a friendly staff member allowed us to check in early, went over you about items in the room when was a little small but everything was nice. Inside beds were nice and comfortable and the best part. We weren’t even a minute across the street from the water would definitely pay for a room there again.

York Beach has been a favorite place for years for me and this was the first time staying at this property. Enjoyed the private balcony and staff was welcoming and informative. WIFI is HORRIBLE at this location but we made do with the beautiful scenery. We took several night and morning walks along Long Sands. Would definitely come back!!!

Great place book the room for Queen on second floor and was told that the air conditioner was warm in our room. Could not get the room cool and then upgraded us to a king room on third floor with which was exceptional. Staff exceptional!!!!!! The ladies were great

The staff was very friendly. Our room was neat and had a kitchenette that we weren't expecting. We were able to park directly in front of our room. The motel is right across from Long Sands which was convenient. the only downside to the location was that it's located at the very beginning of long sands, so for a few hours before and after high tide, there is no beach and you have to go about a half mile up toward the bathhouse to find sand. I would recommend this motel!
