"Great room -odd checkin "

Beautiful room, check in was a little odd. They tried to tell me how booking through Hotels.com was problematic. However the room was beautiful and just what we needed after 11 hours on the road. Covid edition: The signage in the building said masks were required inside-but many guests were ignoring that-which was worrisome.

The stay was fine. The trip was booked and paid for by rewards. The hotel after 3 days still is pending a bill. Asked at checkout and they said it would drop off, still waiting!!

"Very pleased"

Called because we were running late. Tbey comfirmed our room and told us"Travel Safe".Quickly checked in and had popcorn waiting in our wonderful room. Close to many restarunts etc.Large bathroom. Totally enjoyed our stay.

"Convenient place for a Gillette stay "

I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip. Pleasant service, coffee on demand and a nice kitchen made the stay enjoyable. The room was very quiet except when I turned down the thermostat in my room which kicked the AC on. AC was very loud but that was probably my fault for turning it on during freezing January!

Traveled from Ohio on the way to Montana The gentlemen at the front desk that checked me in i believe his name was Derick was very cordial and quick check in i truly appreciated that very much as i was ready to shower and go straight to bed, the beds extremely comfortable. i would rely like t know the brand of mattress and linen from that bed i would purchase immediately just that comfortable.
