We checked in for a 3-night stay at another area hotel and quickly were met with several big mishaps and issues with our room that unfortunately couldn't be fixed since the hotel was completely booked up over the weekend. We searched countless other hotels (just about everywhere was totally booked up!) and were SO lucky that a spot was open at the Staybridge. We wanted a suite with a separate bedroom from the living room area and we needed something that was pet friendly and Staybridge fit the bill. When we walked in, we were already nervous there would be something wrong with this hotel as well, but were pleasantly greeted and enjoyed chatting with the front desk staff. Once we made it to the room, I was very happy with the cleanliness and layout! I slept incredibly well our whole stay and appreciated the complimentary breakfast and how quiet it was. There is a nice little loop right outside the hotel where I was able to walk our dog and there were also plenty of receptables/dog bags outside. Thank you, Staybridge, for saving our vacation!!

Not good

The staff was exceptionally helpful and consistently courteous throughout my experience.

The hallways were very humid, hot, and smelly. The elevator always had a funny smell and it did not work properly.

We had to park around the back of the building and walk around the building to check in. The back door has indoors stairs. We couldn't bring in our suitcases etc that way. We had a king size bed with little pillows. Barely big enough for an adult head. Certainly king size pillows would be more appropriate.
