I liked the location of the hotel.

I didn't like having to move two different times due to the smell of a room and seeing a roach in another. They did move me, but even my 3rd room had a slight smell to it. The pool was under renovations, and we were told it was unavailable but may be ready by Sunday(this was on a Friday). However, when we looked, there was NO way that pool would be ready in a week, let alone a few days. I've stayed at a number of Stay Bridge hotels and have always had great experiences, but I would not stay at this location again.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great. We were able to check-in early.

Only thing I suggest is if the room is available for 6 people, then we should have 6 towels and rags

My wife and I would like to extend our deepest thanks to the entire StayBridge Suites staff for an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every detail—from the warm hospitality and delicious food to the spotless room—was truly exceptional. We want to give a very special shout-out to four incredible individuals who went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Michelle, the Director of Sales, greeted us with genuine kindness and made sure we felt welcomed. Sebastian was not only professional and cheerful but also gave helpful dinner recommendations that made my wife’s birthday even more special. Leon brightened our day with his smile and great sense of humor. And Colleen—what a gem! She served with such warmth and joy, shared wonderful conversation, and ensured everything in the kitchen was perfect. Because of you all, our stay felt more like a home away from home. Here's what was great - location, size of the room for a family with 2 teenagers, best free breakfast buffet I've ever seen - lots of variety and good quality, nice happy hour with beverages and appetizers on Mon/Tues/Wed evenings, nice touch to have fresh baked cookies at the front desk and staff were all very friendly. What wasn't great - pool was out of service which really disappointed our kids and the hotel could use a deep clean. There was dust and hair in almost every corner of the room, along the baseboards, door frames in the room were dirty, door handles hadn't been cleaned, etc. We used the stairwell a lot since one elevator was broken, and there was some paper trash in the stairwell that remained our entire stay and a lot of dust. The first room we were given had very distinct smell of cat (they allow pets). They moved us to another room because the bathroom light didn't work - happily, this room didn't smell but still needed a good deep clean. This has the potential to be a fantastic hotel - it just needs more attention to the housekeeping and cleaning.

Well, I went there because there was supposed to be the indoor pool, but I drove close to 4 hours and found out the pool has been out of order for close to 2 months. So, it wasn't worth $240 for the night. Breakfast was good, though.

Beautiful location and wonderful staff

Everything about our stay was great. Room awesome. Beds so comfy. Breakfast bar excellent. Best of all all of the staff were so friendly, accessible and accommodating to what our needs were. Truly the friendliest staff we have had at a hotel ever. Every single one of them. Hotel super conveniently located as well. Would 100 percent recommend this hotel!!!
