We visited Rixos Premium Bodrum in May 2025 with my spouse and our friends, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and top-notch service. The food was absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from every day. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. We were especially impressed with the care and professionalism of our personal assistants, who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Thank you to the entire Rixos team for making our vacation so memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely property. This is my fourth time staying here (first time with child). Staff in general is welcoming and kind. Food is delicious. Facility is well maintained. Grass is nice. Beach is nice in general. Sea needs more frequent cleaning. However our experience was less pleasant this time, we had a few problems: (1) Kids club manager lady was extremely rude and very unpleasant. She humiliated and insulted our toddler in front of everyone- just because a toddler wanted to play with some balls. We did not make a problem at first, but after three days of rude behavior, especially towards my husband, we had to complain. Rixos is supposed to represent Turkish hospitality and they are number 1 in luxury segment within Accor group. So I highly suggest they employ Turkish staff who can represent Turkish hospitality. (This lady was not Turkish, so she does not have a sense of Turkish hospitality). (2) the kids club program schedule shown at the entrance never actualized, it’s basically misleading. (3) although we stayed in the highest room category, grand executive room, shower was full with black mold. I saw it while taking a shower, they immediately changed our room. But it was basically a loss of 1 evening of holiday for us -repacking, waiting for a new room, unpacking again. Could not even have dinner. (4) in the new room, the whole night we listened to the wood bugs (living inside tables). Humidity problem. It’s a nice place, we have been a bit unlucky this time.

Alles war einfach großartig. Besonders die Peoples Bar in Eyüp und der Fitnesstrainer Jules waren spitze. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich auch die sorgfältige Arbeit der Reinigungskräfte. Allerdings waren das distanzierte Verhalten mancher Köche und Manager etwas unangenehm.

Es war ein unglaublich toller Aufenthalt im Rixos Premium Bodrum. Sauberkeit, Service, das Essen… es war einfach alles top. Es war ein toller Urlaub mit unserem 3 Monate alten Sohn. Das ganze Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich. Insbesondere bedanken wir uns bei Herrn Alper von der Rezeption sowie Atakan und Asya vom Guest Relations. Unsere Anliegen wurden sofort und sehr großzügig geklärt. Wir werden definitiv erneut kommen. Danke!

Hotel was nice enough, nice rooms and facilities. But it was let down by its service. Many staff do not speak English making it hard to communicate. Also there was an incident in its kids club where a kid went missing!

Great service, location and standard of room. However poor quality of food offering in the buffet restaurant and people’s restaurant. Limited choice of food and most of it was served cold. The Italian al a carte option was considerably better. The hotel had one white, red and rose wine option and sadly the white and rose wine were always served warm.
