Unutamayacağımız harika bir tatildi. Servis tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi; herkes güleryüzlü ve özenliydi. Odamız konforluydu, muhteşem bir deniz manzarasına sahipti ve tüm beklentilerimizi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Yemekler hem çok lezzetli hem de özenle sunulmuştu; kokteyller ise en iyi barmenlerin ellerinden çıkmış gibiydi. Servis son derece hızlıydı . Odamız her zaman tertemizdi; temiz havlular ve düzenli yataklarla konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Ayrılmak istemedik. Bu otel bizim için adeta ikinci evimiz oldu. Rixos çalışanlarına misafirperverlikleri ve dostane yaklaşımları için teşekkür ederiz. Seneye görüşmek üzere😊

Unfassbar enttäuschend für den Preis – Rixos Premium Bodrum nicht zu empfehlen Wir haben vom 27.09. bis 06.10. mit unserer Familie (meine Frau, unser zweijähriger Sohn und ich) im Rixos Premium Bodrum übernachtet und waren sehr enttäuscht. Für fast 4000 Euro für 9 Nächte (ohne Flug) hatten wir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Hotel ist in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand und dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Unser Zimmer (4812, Premium-Zimmer) befand sich auf der letzten Ebene, nur 20 Meter von einer stark befahrenen Landstraße entfernt. Die Lage war sehr ungünstig, vor allem mit einem Kleinkind, da die Anlage auf einem steilen Berg gebaut ist und der Zugang über viele Treppen erfolgt. Der Einsatz von Elektrofahrzeugen, um Gäste von A nach B zu bringen, klingt in der Theorie gut, aber wir mussten oft bis zu 15 Minuten warten, bis ein Fahrzeug verfügbar war – absolut inakzeptabel! In unserem Badezimmer fanden wir Schimmel an der Decke, der Ventilator war defekt, und die Elektrogeräte schienen aus den 1970er Jahren zu stammen – alles war alt und in einem schlechten Zustand. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die halbe Anlage bereits geschlossen war, darunter die Neria Beach Bar, das Kalamata Restaurant und das Umi Teppanyaki Restaurant. Es gab keine Animation, und das Hotelpersonal war offensichtlich stark ausgedünnt. Wir waren bereits zum vierten Mal in einem Rixos-Hotel (Rixos Sungate Kemer, 2x Rixos Premium Kemer), aber dies war leider die teuerste und zugleich schlecht

The room looked extremely outdated, with no renovations having been done since I was last there 10 years ago. To make matters worse, instead of the nice ocean view shown online, my view was blocked by other buildings, and I was given two beds instead of one. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed! because my family and I, all three of us contracted COVID-19 and suffered food poisoning during our time at the resort. The rooms are very dirty, with dirty facilities and rooms that showed signs of mold. Additionally, the behavior of the workers in the lunch room restaurant was highly concerning, as we observed them sneezing without covering their mouths near the food. This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the health and safety standards at Rixos Premium Bodrum. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and i need you to look into reimbursement to keep me as a customer with Expedia. I tried to cancel my rest of itinerary and take back my money through rixos management but they refused to do so. This is the WORST resort, everyone should avoid!
