The establishment will consider as a group reservations of 3 or more Apartments/Studios, and for these group reservations, the establishment reserves the right to apply supplements, special conditions and cancelation policies, regardless of the previously booked rate. Reservations of more than 3 Apartments/Studios that are not “Non-Refundable" rate will be charged the first night 15 days before the check-in date, and the amount charged will not be refundable in case of cancelation within that time period.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
