Hotel Argento Zacatecas

I liked the service from the staff, they were very helpful if you had any type of questions. They continuously ssked if we needed anything.

Over all I didn’t not like it there was people coming all through the night drunk and loud very noise. The only thing I like it was in the center of the city. Other thzn that it was terrible don’t recommend. I will not stay again. I can wait for the night to end terrible hotel

It was a great property with an amazing staff but the rooms are not very clean and very outdated.

This hotel ic a nice place to stay in Zacatecas. It is located in the heart of the city everything is close by. The only downside is the breakfast it is just ok. For 50 pesos more you can have a way better one at the Emporio Hotel 200 n away.

Unfortunate experience - I found past guest underwear on the closet floor. =( Meaning housekeeping wasn't thorough when cleaning. PRO - Great location, right down city center - Near nice restaurants and coffee shops. - Service and front desk were very kind CONS - Old rooms and bathroom - Dirty and humid rugs - Hot water would go on and off as I took a shower - Pillow shams were dirty and had fungus (I had to place towels on top of the pillows) - Curtains didn't close, so I got light from the hallway all night

The street was under construction so it was hard to get to the hotel. The rooms are really old and had a weird smell. The location seems ok for tourism but overall was really uncomfortable and it felt kind of unsafe. The hotel has a beautiful facade but needs a remodelation ASAP. And to top it all it was not cheap at all.

The room was very dirty, the carpet very used and dirt raised when stepped on it, under the bed an inch of dirt all around

Great place to visit Zacatecas, location is perfect to visit museums, bars, restaurants or just walk on these beautiful city.

The hotel is in a great location. Nevertheless, the rooms need some rehab (faucet was broken, bathtub got clogged and is old, carpets are old), it is very noisy (from street and other rooms). I reserved a tour through them for the next day, which they forgot to reserve it and we missed it. Also I reserved a taxi early morning and the lobby guy was not aware of the reservation when in fact it was done (miscommunication). If you don’t mind these things it’s an ok hotel to stay in, because it’s close to everything.
