La ubicación céntrica,permite el acceso las principales arterias de Santiago

No me gustó el ruido constante de motores exteriores al hotel, permanecen las 24 horas funcionando, llega a ser molesto. El desayuno se sirve en el piso 19, en medio de un flujo constante de trabajadores de la limpieza que pasan con sus carros con sábanas y toallas, es un poco incómodo, ya que el espacio es reducido. Los alimentos del desayuno, no se reponen. Lo otro, es que hubo un corte de agua que se prolongó toda la noche y el hotel no se preocupó de abastecer de agua potable para el consumo a los huéspedes.
