La buena ubicación y conectividad del Hotel

La poca empatía de la recepcionista, al explicarle que en la habitación solo habían dos de las tres sillas para la mesa. Cuando le pedí si podían llevarme una silla, la recepcionista me dice que yo mismo debía bajar del piso 22 al 19 a buscar la silla. Me pareció insólito

"Where is the hotel entrance???"

Location

No way to find the hotel after 7 pm, main door closes and have to find entrance in back street, hard to find the hotel door, since there are no names anywhere but just above the door. Would it kill you guys to put a sign in front? At least to know we are at the proper place? I ended up moving to the hotel a few doors down.

Desayuno: el pan tenía hongos, se lo informé al personal y otro tipo de pan estaba muy añejo, el personal me trajo pan fresco.... o sea ...había fresco... por mi reclamo me trajeron a mí solamente.

Location and security.

Internet Very poor during my whole stay. Breakfast ok. The tv should be in the living Room, not an old cd player. There was no soap in the shower, only in the sink.
