Un poquito descuidadas las instalaciones, pero bien. No habían encendido el aire acondicionado, de modo que cuando llegamos la habitación estaba muy caliente.

The bed, breakfast and location were excellent and the staff is very friendly.

The WiFi networks kept disappearing suddenly and there was noise from the street and the room above us. The bathroom had some issues.

Muy céntrico, a dos cuadras del centro histórico y cerca del bus turístico. El personal es amable y profesional. Debo mencionar y agradecer al personal de la noche que me acompañó a esperar mi taxi en la calle aledaña, ya que después de las 9pm se debe entrar y salir por otra entrada menos centrica. Las hab son hermosas (me hospede en una equipada con cocina y en el ultimo piso), las vistas son espectaculares! La hab además de la cocina tiene una salita muy comoda y la cama es de lo mejor. El desayuno también es muy bueno y variado. Definitivamente si vuelvo a Santiago me hospedo nuevamente en este hotel.

No hay un rotulo visible del hotel, por ll que el primer día puede llegar a ser confuso donde esta. La bañera es pequeña, probablemente personas mayores o muy grandes tendrían problemas para entrar y salir de ella.

"TRES BON SEJOUR EN CENTRE VILLE"

L'emplacement en plein centre à proximité de la MONEDA est vraiment un plus. Les jeunes filles à la réception sont particulièrement agréables.

Les équipements sanitaires sont vieillissant et la climatisation est à revoir.
