People next door have been extremely noisy... Hopefully this doest go on all night.

Room was nice.. staff was nice and helpful

Pool wasn’t clean.. breakfast was just ok

The property was under construction. Hotels.com didn’t make we aware of that when booking. The room wasn’t that nice. The front desk clerk was not nice about allowing us to check out 1 hour later.

It was terrible. Nobody told us that they were remodeling and there was the fact that the phone in the room didn’t work. The lady came by and took our towels and stitching come back with more. She never did. We had to go to the desk and asked for them the breakfast was terrible. There was last night or last night there at about 11 o’clock we were sleeping all the sudden we could hear smell something that smelled like smoke then burnt popcorn we were right beside the hotel desk check in. I walked up to the desk. Nobody was there called. Hello hello nobody was there so I went back and use my cell phone called the finally somebody answered him when I asked him about the smell the guy sound like he’s asleep. I said I’ll check on it later and hung up. That was ridiculous. Then the fact that when you open our curtains in our bedroom, the the view was of a dumpster where they were throwing all of the furniture because they were remodeling and about midnight, we heard something and we looked out, and there was a man standing out there smoking and talking outside of our window so if the only pleasant part of the trip was the African-American lady that was working Tuesday till 9 o’clock last night. She was the only one that even tried to help. I really request that we Really think that we should’ve gotten one credit back for one night.

The property was being remodeled or I would have probably given it a 5 Star. The front desk person was very efficient and friendly. He explained about the work being done on the property. Our room was mostly finished. The breakfast provided was good. Check out was very easy.

Under heavy construction. Need to close until finish.

The property was undergoing repairs so it was a little dusty. The accessible room wasn’t accessible.
