"I wasn’t pleased with my stay when I checked in the room I was assigned to looked to be ok until I woke up and the floor"

The location of the area

Wasn’t informed the facility was doing renovations!! Equipment and boxes was all outside the property and throughout the inside!!

"Family reunion"

Great location hotel is being upgraded and it's really looking nice. Stay here for a family reunion and we also went to the Great Wolf Lodge while we was there and was a great experience

We confirmed early check in before our stay, our room was not available upon check in. We were then put in 4 different rooms before they were able to locate a room with a king bed. The hotel was under construction at our time of stay, we would not have stayed here had we known. There were boxes blocking the drive up, a random blown tire on the middle of the drive. It was messy in the lobby, loud on our floor with construction. The walls do not block sound of any sort. The air conditioner barely kicked on and when it did it shook the whole room. There was only a plug on one side of the bed, the backboard installed over the other side of the bed. There wasn’t even a trash can in our room, ice machine didn’t work on our floor. The list goes on! What a terrible, unorganized, generally dirty hotel.

We were very disappointed that we were not notified that this hotel is undergoing renovations. It was dusty with boxes stacked throughout the common area. Our room had furniture missing and the curtains were falling. The carpet was stained and coming up at the bathroom entry. The bed was comfortable. Staff were courteous.

Room was very clean, newly renovated on our floor and very comfortable. Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Daytime front desk gentlemen was very helpful for suggestions of area attractions. We came at a bad time during renovations. Boxes of mattresses and such everywhere in common areas. Covers off HVAC units were off in hallway making me afraid of fires and exercise room was closed. Although breakfast was suppose to be served until 10 am, it was put up at 9:30 on the day we left. All that being said, I would stay again after renovations are completed.

"Decent stay room was clean and comfortable just wish my kids could have enjoyed the pool."
