Hotel LunaSol

Acogedor, alberca pequeña pero muy limpia y algo de sombra. Preguntamos por opción de late check out y nos propusieron 3 buenas alternativas.

La piscine est très belle, la disponibilité d’une cuisine commune est clairement appréciable

Très propre, hôtel situé à proximité du centre ville. Le petit déjeuner en collaboration avec un autre resto était très sympa et copieux.

La porte de séparation entre les toilettes et la salle de bain ne permettant pas d’avoir d’intimité.

Muy buen lugar excelente atención volvería nuevamente. El personal super amable.

Die Lage ist super. Man ist zwei Straßen von der 5ta. Avenida entfernt und trotzdem ist eine ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Kissen sind leider sehr hoch, aber die Matratzen sind in Ordnung. Bei uns hat im Zimmer eine Ablage für den Koffer gefehlt. Wir hatten unsere Reisetasche/Koffer auf dem Boden. Wir haben ohne Frühstück gebucht, sind aber einmal zu dem Restaurant (um die Ecke vom Hotel) gegangen wo was Frühstück stattfindet. Das Essen und Service waren vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Pool und den Garten im Hotel waren immer sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, einen großen Danke Carlos und Eduardo für die tolle Unterstützung.

The hotel provides great value for the cost. It is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff are friendly and at night the front gate is locked, with a security guard watching it. It is a short walk to Quinta Avenida and to many great restaurants, yet it is far enough away from the clubs that it is quiet at night. My only criticism is that the water temperature is inconsistent (if you can get hot water, it takes a few minutes to come through the taps) and that the listing advertises a “hot tub” but it is not heated - it is just a jacuzzi shaped part of the pool with the same water as the pool. I would give the hotel 5 stars in all areas if the hot water situation was better and if the hot tub was actually hot. I will definitely consider staying here again!

Quiet area but also very close to the 5th avenue. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Just spent 10 fabulous days at the Hotel LunaSol. First time ever staying in Playa Del Carmen. The Hotel was quaint, clean and accesible to many restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a locked safe. The balcony gave us a place to dry our suits and towels. Fresh coffee and purified water is available! The most positive part of our stay was the friendly and accomadating staff. Someone was always available at the front desk for any questions or suggestions. Eduardo, Carlos and Eduardo were totally awesome for any information or just to visit with coming in and out! The Maid service was always perfect. Totally enjoyed the beautiful pool and surroundings. Do not hesitate to visit this wonderful establishment for a friendly, safe and happy visit. MUCHO GRACIAS TO ALL OF YOU!! We will be back soon...
