Update: Following my original review, I raised this matter directly with the restaurant and subsequently escalated it to head office at Shepherd Neame. While I received a response from the General Manager, my key concerns — including whether CCTV footage was reviewed — were not addressed. I have since contacted head office and, to date, have not received any response. Given the seriousness of the situation, particularly as it involved my 87-year-old mother who lives with dementia, I find the lack of engagement disappointing. I would still welcome a proper review of the incident so that the circumstances can be assessed objectively. I hope the company will now take the opportunity to review this matter properly and provide a response.

Location was great. Just a short walk to a shopping centre and restaurants. Nice to be beside the marina

Bediening in restaurant was wat traag, maar het eten kwam snel.

I had a nice evening pint at Ship and Trades pub before returning to my hotel. A nice pub, I didn’t have food but what the people at the next table had looked good. I had a Spitfire Lager, very tasty beer, not too smooth, a perfect beer.

Location worked well for us. Pleasant view of the marina at breakfast. Good atmosphere in the bar. Location good for other eateries

Staying in room 2 noises for COOP next door began at six in the morning.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, gezellige bar en restaurant.

Nederlanders houden niet van een douche in een bad. Het is gevaarlijk en inefficiënt. Een goede douche is prettiger.
