Friendly staff , characterful property in a great location , good quality breakfast.

It's a converted warehouse, with very badly fitting windows. There is secondary glazing in the bedrooms but this doesn't keep out the draughts , so the room was chilly . The heated towel rail in the bathroom wasnt working . The bathroom is extremely small with very little space for toiletry items next to the basin . The room 's only mirror is too far away from the power points to be able to see in the mirror whilst styling hair. Poor noise proofing - could hear every door being closed .
