Layout for wheelchair access

1.No sign at the front to advise on wheelchair entrance .Staff slow to respond at door.Please consider this as it is common sense. 2.Toilet area good but toilet seat too low, consider comfort height which is standard these days. 3.Staff attention in dining area very poor.No welcome. Found our own seat after waiting some time.No effort to advise on other menu options as we had eaten dinner earlier in tge day. A tendency to ignore rather than communicate with cuatomers.This was shared by two other tables also. 4. Requested two single beds got a double and at this stage was fed up so shared with my sister ,not ideal.
