Bright spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, Good evening food menu, lots of choices and very tasty

Breakfast was chaos… not enough staff to cope with a full dining room and not a manager in sight. Most self service options not replenished , needed more staff

Brilliant service, lovely rooms and our wonderful waiter Lorant and Team, brilliant service and beautiful friendly service with a smile. Our meals were absolutely delicious, definitely above and beyond and served with an amazing smile. Highly recommend to anyone traveling in this gorgeous part of the world. We have just had the most delicious meal at the restaurant within the McWilliam Park Hotel. The service was excellent led by Lorant and his team.

We had a great dining experience. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of flavour, with generous portion sizes. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and would happily return. Highly recommended! A special mention to Lorant and team who provided great service

Breakfast was a bit chaotic both mornings. They need more staff on to help re stock and turn over tables much faster no clear indication of how it works etc.

Stayed 2 nights, solo traveller, room was spacious and clean, check-in was fine, pool services were very good overall. On my first evening, I decided to eat in the restaurant, from the moment I went in, the service went from bad to worse. I was seated in the corner, next to the till area, not offered any option, even though the place was nearly empty, staff wanted to be anywhere else but working. I think it was because I was a solo traveller, no specials mention to me until I asked, no water offered, no ‘would you like anything else?’ Food wasn’t great either, plate fired down on the table. Didn’t go back the next night, superb food and service down town! I was asked on checking out, if everything was to my liking, I explained the Tuesday night restaurant service, my details were noted and I was told management would be in contact… no word yet!

There were builders on our floor working! And when we entered our room there were people asleep in the bed! When we complained at reception the staff were uncaring about the problem and wanted to to put us in a room opposite! We had to insist on moving us to another floor which eventually they did! At no point were we informed about the building works!
