Best Western Navarre Waterfront

Very clean and well cared for. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Centrally located for the beach and restaurants. Lovely views and nice pool and common areas. Highly recommended!

The Hotel needs an update.

THE POOL WAS BEING REPAIRED AND THEY FAILED TO TELL US THAT. OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT BY THE POOL AND IT WAS SO LOUD. WE HAD TO ASK FOR A REFUND. THE LADIES AT THE DESK WERE VERY NICE BUT WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THEM NOT TELLING US ABOUT THE POOL.

We have been staying at this hotel since the early 2000’s. Not sure what has changed, ownership maybe? It’s definitely not the same. The staff were pleasant and respectful. Upon check-in, the only luggage carts the hotel had were two small carts that looked like something you would find in the Lowes Garden Center. No place to hang anything. Multiple trips to move in. The room had a musty odor, it is by the water, so that was not an initial concern. The air conditioner in the room would not adjust. Regardless of the setting, it stayed the same. Then came the rain on Tuesday. We did the antique thing and upon returning to the room that afternoon, the humidity was bad. All our clothes were damp. A book my wife had brought had the pages and cover completely curled from the humidity, and vitamins in a plastic case were starting to melt. The refrigerator had so much condensation on the outside it was running onto the floor. Other issues included the lights over the sink looked like they were about to fall out of the ceiling and the grab bar in the tub was broken in half. On Tuesday night, the hotel appeared full (parking lot) and there wasn’t enough band width to stay connected to the WIFI. Last, as we were leaving to go home (a day early), my wife opened the window covering and said you need to see this… The bottom of the curtains had black mold.

The location is perfect, right on the water and next to the Navarre bridge.

We enjoyed everything at Best Western. We met some wonderful people and the staff was exceptional.

The location - great view!

Not a lot of attention seemed to be paid to cleanliness of the rooms. The carpet was damp when we checked in and we wore flip flops inside our room. Carpet was dry by morning. Some guests were smoking outside in all areas, including next to the pool at breakfast.

It was so outdated and so poor quality I can’t even elaborate, the bed, the bathtub the amenities absolutely disgusting. It was like you were in the ghetto, the food was absolutely atrocious.

My son didn’t even wanna lay on the bed. He wouldn’t even take a shower i because it was so disgusting.

Very friendly staff. Nice pool.

Room needs updating. Very rusty at the bottom of the fridge and it's unit. All handles were rusty. Must have had a leak at some point. Room had a musty smell. Breakfast was the same every day, with not much choice of fruit and very cheap plastic cutlery.
