Location.

Entry door to room was messed. Had too have "special instructions" to open it! A/c DID NOT WORK! My girlfriend and I literally sweated all night, until we made the decision to go cool off in my truck. We were there for only 1 night, but you should get what you pay for. I was told there were no more King rooms available so I was at a crossroad. Especially after being on the road for 8 hrs. The hotel was ok..bathroom could have been cleaner. Towels smelled funny also...when I brought all of these concerns to the manager, he handed me a card...said call these people, he couldn't help me. I'm a veteran. To all my brothers in arms...spare yourself the aggravation.

We rented locally as the weather turned fiercely cold, for native Louisianians and we sold the home after Hurricane recovery and bought a big camper to live in. We were very comfortable, safe and sound. This facility is very clean, they respond quickly to your extra needs if they are equipped to do so and may go out of their way to make it happen. Quiet place. Right off the interstate so back in the interstate is a no brainer. We had a hiccup in our plans and cancelled the rest of the week with no complaints from owners at desk. Very kind management and employees. Would def do a runaway if I just needed a breather from life for a few days.

The room looks good and clean.

The shower wasn't clean. It has pink mold and black mold. Disgusting and unsanitary .
