Clarion Pointe Sulphur - Lake Charles

Property was excellent. But they charged a 100$ deposit to my debit and there was a 10$ fee that “Expedia doesn’t collect” for us. I just wish once that the rate I’m quoted is actually what I paid.

The employees were friendly and helpful

The staff was attentive. There was mold on the lamp shades and the bath tub wasn't in the best condition. The pool was nice and clean. The eating area was well kept.

I liked that it was nice and quite. very very clean. The clerk at the front desk was super polite and very helpful.

The staff is terrible. My friend checked in and the guy kept telling her that she didn’t pay and she had to reswipe her card. She showed proof from her bank that she was charged. He argued it and said she had to pay again! Then I canceled June 11th for my stay on June 14th, which was free cancellation. I swapped from a two bed to a one bed so I could stay longer. On the 14th, I was charged for a no show fee! I told the staff I have proof that my cancellation was successful and he said it wasn’t on his end and refuses to refund me $157.52!

Thy didn’t change the sheets on the bed while we were there

Nice staff

My bed squeaked everytime we moved and it smelled moldy from the air conditioner. There was a chip in our bath tub and had rust in it so my babies wasn’t able to take baths good thing we was just staying for one night !

Nice and clean, amenities were great. Very close to everything we wanted to do.

I have no complaints!
