The location is great, on a pedestrian street in the middle of old town

you can't access it by car but there was a paid car park close by

Very comfortable bed. Atmospheric. Bit noisy but I think most places are in the old town. Great location.

Location

Recommended parking lot is a hike from the hotel. Getting luggage to hotel is challenging (rollers don’t like to roll on cobblestone). Didn’t give us the room we booked. It’s very old/historic which has charm but felt a bit medieval. AC problems in one room. Next room had a sink that wouldn’t drain.

We stayed 1 night. An excellent location in the old town. Rooms very clean and staff were so friendly.

Hotel is in a beautiful street in the venetian quarter of Chania . Room was large and well equipped. Many great restaurants in walking distance and even right on your doorstep. Hotel was clean and checking amd checkout were very smooth. Room is well insulated so even though you are on a bustling street , you can still get a good night's sleep . Definitely recommended .
