had heavy bags but staff helped with the 3 flights of stairs! Location was nice on a narrow but busy street, near the harbour and lots of restaurants. Room was nice with a big 4 poster bed.

was quite noisy even early in the morning. No breakfast was included.

Hotel is incredibly centrally located on a lovely street. Although set above a bar on a bustling streed, our room was very quiet and peaceful. Free coffee and water was replenished every day and all of the staff from management to cleaning staff were lovely, friendly and helpful.

Everything was brilliant.

Beautiful family room, very spacious with a mezzanine, excellent quality in all respects, located in the historic town centre and close to the waterfront.

The bathroom is on the small side for a family room, but it was fine for a short stay. The hotel entrance is through the cafe, but our room was very quiet (we stayed off-season). Although there is no reception desk, the staff at the cafe and via WhatsApp were very helpful, explaining to us where to park, etc, and everything was smooth from start to finish.

The location is in the old town of Chania, which is adorable and well worth wandering through. It is a safe area with great access to restaurants and other features of the town.

You cannot drive to the hotel. This means you have to walk a short distance to the hotel from your car/taxi.

Beautiful hotel, located near the port in an old Venetian townhouse style building. Very quiet in spite of being so centrally located. The room was very large, the price very reasonable. We did not see many staff (nor did we need to) but those we did meet were all friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay, and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the historic center of Chania
