The room sizes were great and we slept well. Breakfast fine.

Really loud music at the Reception. It made it hard to hear the receptionist at check-in. The receptionist was new on training, and was frankly rather rude in her way of speaking. I had booked two rooms, but for some unknown reason she didn’t really want to give me the two rooms, so it took a lot of back and forth untill we (4 persons) finally were settled.

Bright and handy to airport

Perfect location, I appreciated the brisk walk to the South terminal departures. Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable.

The receptionist’s friendliness appeared disingenuous and lacked authenticity.

Very friendly staff! Clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurant food was delicious!

There was a bathtub/shower combo, which I found very deep to climb into as I am 5’ 2”.

Bit pricey for what it is and bearing that in mind, the bus to the airport should be free

Short walk from airport. But instruction map could be more clear. Have to go to ground level before walking down ring road since ramp is closed to pedestrians

Ground floor room, set up as “accessible” for us felt cluttered. Our room was right next to the entry door for the hallway leading to ground floor rooms, our door was not soundproofed at all could hear all movement outside people coming and going speaking hall door closing. We were woken up early because of this noise.
