Clean, comfortable and convenient

The TV wouldn't work and the staff weren't able to fix it.

the location was good, it is close to Bandra and most places of visit were around 5-6 km. Good eateries around. safe location.

the staff could have been slightly more polite. the room allocated earlier was very small for the price. It was my second stay, they have renovated and rooms were smaller now. So I had to shift to s different room that was more breathable.

I booked for premium room. As I requested for a room earlier than standard checkin time of 14:00 hrs, I was given a SHODDY ROOM on the fifth floor. When I objected, Room 401 was provided. The NOISE FROM RENOVATION was very disturbing. the lift area is always populated by construction material and people involved with renovation. SPICY food ordered was SWEETISH and only after repeated request RED CHILLI SAUCE WAS PROVIDED, that too when I went down toi the restaurant.

Great location and staff was courteous. Requests were listened to and promptly answered.

The romm wasn't very clean, bedsheets and pillow covers were a bit used and dirty. There was strange odour in the room. This is with regards to the price point as well as the room was a luxury one. It was pretty expensive.
