The amount of noise thru out the night from chairs etc dragging across floors above, and the amount of mosquitoes in the room

The location was convenient.

The cleanliness can be improved considerably. I had to get the room cleaned after checking-in, plus the kitchen was visible during the breakfast, and it wasn’t a good sight!

Bizzare odour in the bathroom, smelly in the room. Flooring not good. Noise at night.

"Needs to improve safety"

Construction work was on-going and the staircase was complete blocked with scaffolding, equipment , bricks and tiles. The only way to exit the rooms on the 4th floor was using two small lifts. There was no other fire escape. The hotel completely overlooked the risks to the guests in the case of a fire. I changed hotels due to this risk. The hotel did not charge me for the nights I did not stay.
