Other fittings in the bathroom are old and depreciated. A wholesome refurbishment is urgently needed
USUSI love to swim in the afternoon and the pool is open for me to go. The restaurant & room service was great. My room was very good with the ocean view. Everything was so clean. I love how hospitable the staff was & accommodating to my needs. This place is an affordable jewel in my opinion to get lots of rest and relaxation. Now I have to mention that there is a casino area & it's non-smoking with all the drinks, cashew & peanuts you can eat.
If you need a disability room for easy shower excess there is not one .

The hotel rooms and facilities need to be renovated and upgraded. I’d love to use the pool but it was under maintenance for over 12 days of our stay.

If I had to describe what I would change, I would have liked a stand free shower. Stepping in and out of a tall tub to show was kind of difficult due to my height. Other than that, I had no complaints.

This hotel was chosen solely for its central location. I stayed here with my husband and our 14-month-old baby, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On arrival, there was no one to assist with luggage, so we had to find a trolley ourselves. The check-in experience was unpleasant-the receptionist did not acknowledge us, barely spoke, and appeared more focused on leaving by 5 p.m. than on providing any level of customer service. The process was unnecessarily long, and we were then made to wait over 30 minutes in a crowded lobby for a porter, despite being happy to take our own bags. There was no communication at all, and our baby became very distressed. I eventually had to insist on taking the room key and going up ourselves. The room itself smelled damp, had visible mould in the wardrobe, and was generally in poor condition. The TV was very small with poor sound quality. On the second morning, the shower stopped working and we lost water in the bathroom, which was only fixed after calling reception. To make matters worse, our room was not cleaned after the first night, despite informing room service staff we saw in the corridor that morning and leaving the room early specifically to allow cleaning. We returned to a dirty room, which was especially frustrating while travelling with a toddler. There was also a very loud event taking place in the hotel’s banquet hall. The noise was extremely disruptive—we could hear loud music clearly in our room and could actually feel the room vibrating, as if a concert was taking place. This made it very difficult to rest, especially with a young child. Checkout was just as disorganised as check-in. I was asked to confirm payment after already staying two nights, despite having paid via QR code as instructed. Overall, this was an awful experience and not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel. You’re better off booking an Airbnb or a low-budget hotel—at least then you get what you pay
