AULocation is great for exploring Victoria Island and everyone here knows the Federal Palace as a landmark of sorts, so it's easy to get back there if you get lost. Everyone knows it and respects it. The staff were all lovely, without exception.
It's tired. It needs some love. There is construction going on, but it's all the public spaces, when I think the rooms could use some TLC. Wifi drops in and out, but that's fairly standard. It's not the end of the world, but don't schedule Zoom meetings, like I did, while you're here. The wifi can't cope at all.
DEStaying at the Palace Hotel was a wonderful experience. What I liked the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The food was also excellent — the gastronomy team took great care of me and made sure that everything was gluten-free.
What I didn’t like was that the gym wasn’t working and the air conditioning in our room didn’t function very well. However, the staff made sure to take good care of us despite these issues.
NGNGI liked the hospitality of all the staff, from the reception to the porters. Food menu was really lovely. I really enjoyed the serenity of the place. The tennis space at the back of the property is an experience every guest should enjoy. I can't wait to be back soon.
Just temporary renovations that shut down some amenities, but it did not make my stay any less enjoyable.
NGAUStaff here were amazing, they were so helpful, nothing was a problem. I travelled to Nigeria from Australia to meet up with my husband and our friends. The staff made me feel welcome, they greeted me with smiles every day and the beautiful Glory even rembered our names. She even gave us Nicknames. The Buffett Restaurant was amazing, great value for money and great food Beaufiul lobby area and bar area.
Rooms a little outdated, could do with a refurb and would love to see a hot tub at the pool area :)
