The service of the staff is what makes me continue to come back year after year. Simply exceptional. The bar and kitchen staff. As well as the front desk workers.
Whilst I was satisfied with the service I received at the hotel. I think this is a legacy hotel with just the name keeping it going- hotel to me seems stuck in the 1980’s. Hotel needs complete renovation to bring it up to date with current, Morden and merging hotels around. Perhaps the target is more for the older generation.

The gym was shut as was been renovated, so were unavailable the changing rooms in the pool. The gardens were been renovated too. The bathroom could do with updating, the rooms were in the small size but nice view of the bay from higher up.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. It was very gloomy and old. Ceiling has fallen in on one floor. Bath water was brown. Both me and my wife got sick after staying there.
