Fairview Suites

Great stay- bed was wonderful. Room was clean, price was affordable. I work in the hotel industry and I was very happy with my stay. Good job to the employees- everything stocked and clean. Ac worked great. Had a good night sleep. Location right off the exit.

The room temperature was extremely hot and humid, we ran the air for over an hour and it didn't have any impact in cooling the room down. We requested a refund because it was too hot to sleep, but the hotel refused to issue a refund. We went to Comfort Inn and Suites a half block down the road, and got a hotel room that was much nicer, had air conditioning, and a full continental breakfast for around the same price.

I've stayed at this hotel several times, but however I stayed on February 18, 2012 and it was nothing like my other stays. There was NO soap or shampoo in the room. The bathroom was covered in hair and the floor was NOT vacuumed. On my first stay the maids where very nice and worked hard. I take it that Sybil and Ashley or no longer there when these ladies where there that hotel was clean! The manager carried herself poorly She flirted with my husband right in my face. Constantly asking him to wash her black pick up truck. I will not be back unless these ladies return!

This was one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. The room was big but had little furniture for its size, this made it awkward feeling. The refrigerator door wouldn't open due to the door rubbing the floor. The front door had a HUGE gap in it. You could see outside through it. There was no clock in the room, no one would answer the phone when we called the desk. There was no toilet paper in the room and the bed was not only hard but the pillows had stains on them. After not being able to get anyone at the desk to answer the phone, my wife walked to the office to request a wake up call. The manager or whoever he was, was EXTREMELY rude. Instead of being courteous and asking if he could help he ask her what she wanted (in a very rude tone). She told him she was unhappy with the room (due to its appearance and no clock) and he told her, "well your not getting an exchange" . I have never seen such rudeness and unprofessional behavior. There are plenty of places around here to stay. So DON'T waste your money staying somewhere, where they its an inconvenience to the people who work there.

We were incredibly disappointed with the room. We ordered "smoke free" rooms when we made our reservations and they didn't have them when we arrived. The owner/manager was RUDE beyond belief and blamed "hotels.com" for the error! For some reason, all the rooms in neighboring hotels were booked solid so we had no other choice but to stay there. We couldn't leave soon enough in the morning! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

everything was fine until checkout time the next morning. multiple phone calls to room by three different staff members between 10:15 and 11:40a. The last two calls were actually rude, intimidating and threatening.

Rooms are clean older motel but nice. Manager/owner is very nice and helpful. Good room for price

This is a older hotel. Good location. The room is small furniture is old, carpet had stains but room was clean. Staff was friendly.The shopping strip mall was closed except for a bar at the end of the building. Short drive to wal mart and restaurants.

owner friendly, hotel appeared to be poorly constructed, cracks around baseboards in bathroom, poorly repaired, but overall room was clean and spacious.

Everything was nice and clean. My only complaint were the pillows (to soft). I liked the price and location. No one bothered us, it was very quiet.
