The Quilon Beach Hotel and Convention Center

We had 2 rooms and both rooms toilets was disgusting , WC looks like never been cleaned . Also rooms are not acoustic we could here from next rooom very loud , even when they flushed toilet we can here so disturbing sleep at night . Didn’t have hair dryer or ironing box provided, when we requested iron box they bring one for us and the cable was damaged it’s dangerous to use ( photo can provide ) mould everywhere in shower room . Food price in their restaurant very high compared to other 5 star hotel. Last night we went to chef pillai restaurant for dinner and money was half of the previous night

The location. Big, clean and modern Executive room with superb beach views. Not noisy at all despite room been close to lifts. Really comfortable bed and pillows.

Surprised the restaurant/cafe been modern and all, doesn’t have an espresso coffee machine, and could only offer instant coffee. A small machine would make a huge difference:)

Location

Exorbitant cost of travel from the facility due to the absence of ride hailing facilities. We ordered a mutton curry which was full of bones ,and hardly any meat.

L'état de la salle de bain. La climatisation qui ne s'éteint pas. Nous avons eu très froid.

The buffet, the staff and the proximity.

Bathroom..Old and rundown. Needs maintenance.

The manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly . The rest of the staff were really helpful with any of our requests

The food was standard quality.

I liked our rooms.

Could be a bit more Modern but ok
