I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff — Manu, Aparna, and Abhirami — were exceptionally good. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was well taken care of. Overall, it was a comfortable and satisfying experience. Highly recommended!

I posted the below feedback about my disappointing stay on the hotel’s Google business profile as well. About this property - There is a convention centre located within the hotel premises, and on the night of my stay, the music was blaring from around 7:00 PM until 11:15 PM. I contacted the front desk twice, and both times they claimed they would notify the convention centre — yet absolutely nothing was done. This level of disregard for guests’ comfort is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the sink in my bathroom was completely clogged and never fixed during my stay. On top of that, the Wi-Fi was the worst I have ever encountered — constantly dropping and painfully slow. Horrible! Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I will not be staying at this hotel again. I even recorded the excessive noise clearly audible from my room on the 4th floor. Totally messed up my sleep. The food was good, the rooms were spacious and clean and the view is great.
