NO WAY this hotel deserves a 5. Staff is great, the sheets seem clean, and the bathroom seems clean, except for ceiling. This place has carpet that is so old. The furniture in the rooms is dinged up. There is a chunk taken out of my bathroom door. AC unit is disgusting. Bathroom has no ventilation, so everything is damp after a shower. Hallway smells of dampness.

We had been having a hard time securing rooms for a trip. Mrs Joy the manager, helped us and was great. She remained in contact with me and took care of all our needs personally. Would definitely recommend staying here for any business or pleasure needs. Other hotels need to take notes from Mrs Joy on their customer service skills!

This place is more like a microtel than a Hilton garden inn. The only word that comes to mind is gross. Dirty everything.. I hate to think that the sheets were even changed. Just look at the pictures that is better than any words I can provide. Positive - the ac was cold

Hotel begins to show some issues with “settling “ our room entrance door required two adults to open ….was in a terrible pinch against the jamb. Another sign of settling; the bathtub held water due to unlevel situation. I will say the AC works great. Housekeeping needs help. Window screen was damaged. Room 517. 3 nights at premium $ for commencement.

Only Major problem is the Bathroom had the worst lighting I have ever seen. The little lights were like night lights. I could not see to fix my hair. or do my makeup. Those need to be replaced ASAP. Everything else was good.

Normally, I don’t have any problems here, but this particular time I did. When I got there the staff told me no “King rooms” were available. I sat in the lobby and someone after me came in about 15 minutes afterward, signed right into a King! And the staff that told me no rooms were available, gathered her belonging walked out, went home without telling me anything. Well, I went back to the front desk and the other attendant acted as if she didn’t want to help me! Finally, I got signed in!
