Staff were really friendly and efficient. Beds were the most comfortable I've had in a hotel The restaurant service was quite quick and the servers were really great It was a great location and parking was really easy Loved the deck area for after dinner drinks

No laundry service (not a deal breaker, but they had laundry bags so we expected to be able to get washing done) Not enough sachets of regular coffee in the rooms (only two per day for two people) The shower was good, but having no curtain or screen meant that the bathroom got very wet
