West Bay Club

We stayed for two weeks in a well equipped kitchen suite. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location on Grace Bay Beach is beautiful and close to great snorkeling at Coral Garden Beach, a 10 minute walk along the beach away. A car is necessary to explore the island. This was a vacation that we did not want to end.

I specifically loved how big the rooms and balcony were. The staff were amazing and very welcoming from when we got there to the end!

Excellent service and very friendly employees always willing to help and the place is very clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel…the room was fully serviced with kitchen setup. The hotel bar and breakfast was perfect the pool and beach was a plus direct access and beautiful sand with lounge chairs and all… The turn down service was my favorite… the only downside was no full body mirror available in the room. However my sister’s room was equipped with one… overall the stay the staff… especially our housekeeper she was excellent… attentive and courteous… will definitely return…

I always thought that Turks and Caicos would be rich for what it cost, instead it’s very very poor except for the few resorts and 1 supermarket. The hotel was okay, the room a bit outdated. The beach was nice but not as nice as close to the Ritz. The guy at the front desk was fun and nice but the rest of them not so much mostly not at the bar. I find it crazy that we had to wait in line to get a table for breakfast, it’s not that hard to put unless five more tables for the price that you charge the stay. Also put more servers for breakfast as for one isn’t easy and luck in the service. Very quiet resort with no entretainment.

Beautiful facilities, excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and modern, with everything needed to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The food and service are good. We felt like at home, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and lush vegetation.

The staff here is very acknowledge, also very helpful, the rooms are super clean. The cleaning staff if very very good. The breakfast staff is very good and helps you get what you need. No problem. The pool was dirty until my wife called. Then the lifeguard clean it up after 30 min. The area is very clean.

This property was very small, quiet, and well kept Our 1 bedroom was very nice and spacoius. Most of the staff were very friendly with the exception of a few. The front desk was helpful with whatever we needed. The breakfast was good and the cheesy grits were excellent. The beach was clean and a lounge chair was always avaliable. The only downside is that the property is further away from the downtown area,

We had a fabulous time. Our room was not ready we waited about an hour 20 minutes but they comped lunch for us while we waited but then we could not get a late check out. Everyone greeted us very kindly, housekeeping came by every day. I would have liked more restaurants on the property. It also gets expensive with all of the taxi rides you may want to rent a car but it would also be nice if the resort had a designated shuttle for the grocery store and local shopping. Lastly, it would have been nice not for a full gift shop but a small room where you could access Tylenol or tums, etc. Overall great trip! The water and beach is amazing and it wasn’t super crowded which we loved!
