West Bay Club

Our stay at West Bay Club was great. Our room was large with strong air conditioning. The beach is the best part of the location. It’s so beautiful and a bit quieter and less populated than the other resorts a bit further down. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious! Would definitely return and recommend.

My wife and both daughters (19 & 13) had a wonderful time at The West Bay Club. We’ve found a resort and to be honest, we don’t want to look elsewhere. Sure, other resorts may have all-inclusive, more nightlife, etc. But for us, we didn’t want all that, making this such a perfect resort. The beach - OMG! If you don’t find this beach amazing, the problem perhaps belongs with you. Staff was great and were just genuine people. Dining was good - just wish they rotated the menu a bit. Other dining locations are limited on resort, but we took a couple sweet walks along the beach to other resort restaurants and enjoyed them as well. Overall - 10/10 stay and I cannot stress how much we desire to get back to TWBC! Thank you for a perfect and memorable family vacation!

Beautiful place, kind staff, quiet around mid june- definitely a place to relax.

Fantastic Place to relax. Not crowded.. spacious and well maintained property. We are glad we went here. Only downside is Turks and Caicos is an expensive island but West Bay Cliv hands a great place to stay.

Friendly staff. Beautiful lodging. Beautiful pool and beach. Good free breakfast. Very clean and housekeeping each day! Definitely a luxury resort.

We were not able to make it to the trip due to flight issues, we had called the hotel multiple times to see if there can be a partial refund. They said they will call us back but never did. Probably not a great way of doing business.

West bay club is a good value but you’re not getting an all-inclusive resort so factor in renting a car and cost of eating offsite as the dining options on resort are extremely limited. Elevator was out of service for 5 of our 7 days with no alternative option given which wasn’t terrible for us but inconvenient when leaving. Staff was outstanding and service was top notch.

Everything was truly amazing – from the hotel itself, which is dreamy, to every single staff member doing everything to make sure you have an incredible experience. Everyone is so kind and friendly, always ready to help. The place is beautiful and makes you want to stay for a long time.
