The staff were pleasant enough.

The hotel was looking tired and very few people around- somewhat different to our usual Hilton experience. Also I booked this stay some months before traveling but when sat at Heathrow I went back to booking . Com and for the exact same room type and date it was being advertised at $100 less than I had originally secured - so cancelled my original booking and promptly Rebooked at the new price!
