Homewood Suites by Hilton York

No matter where I travel; those hotels are always compared to this Homewood suites in York PA which is my top of the line hotel! Fatima the manager has an excellent team working with her like Saana at the front desk. Perla at the front desk is always helpful to make my upcoming reservations for my return. Angel leads the dining room and kitchen staff and they make the best Homewood breakfasts and mid week buffets that I ever have had. And they NEVER run out of any food and her staff are always friendly and keep the area so clean. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Fatima said they just replaced all the mattresses in all rooms. Very good sleeping. I had trouble getting my two televisions to work and Fatima sent Carlos the tech to my room immediately and he got everything reset. I now have a new friend Carlos at my favorite hotel. Parking is good; but the hotel fills up fast because it is so nice. I see many of my train convention friends staying here; and I tell many others to come try it. They will love it.

Staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean! Had an issue with the toilet flushing but was fixed quickly! We had to stay Mother’s Day weekend and they had a cute little event in the lobby! We were here for cheer competition!

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and most staff was great as well. We did have one girl who was in the breakfast area who didn’t seem thrilled to be there. We were slightly disappointed because we came in for a cheer competition and chose to pay more for this hotel due to amenities such as the pool for our girls to enjoy, however, the chlorine was so strong/level was high that our 4 girls could not even swim. It burned their eyes and left some burn marks on my daughters face before her competition.

Bri amd Jackie were very welcoming upon arrival. They were knowledgeable and kind. They explained the amenities available including pool hours, basketball availability and breakfast information. The room was clean and comfortable. The Suite Shop was fully stocked. Check in and out was very easy.

I recently stayed at the Homewood suites in York, PA for 3 nights. Room 321 to be exact. I experienced a loud clanking sound about once an hour throughout my entire stay. It was very annoying especially when trying to sleep. I also received no housekeeping during my stay. I also checked in on my app 24 hours before my stay to show up and find out the room I had booked was not available anymore. I am a diamond member and usually have nothing but positive things to say about Hilton Hotels but was sadly disappointed with my recent stay.

I travel for business and always stay at York Hilton. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have a Wednesday evening social, which I love. I love using the gym equipment, and the gym area is very clean. I highly recommend a stay with this hotel.

Poor management. Put charges on my Hilton credit card that weren't supposed to be there. Spent couple hours on this instead of relaxing in my room. Also wouldn't let me checkin early. I'm a Hilton Diamond member. Bad experience
